2. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund using the original payment method.
3. Shipping
We ship within Ireland and Europe.
Free shipping within Ireland applies to orders over €120 unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs for orders under €120 are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns & EU Consumer Rights
You may return unused items within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items must be:

In resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under EU consumer protection law.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
